1. Before use, you need to carefully check the appearance to see if there is any dent or damage, and whether the vacuum exhaust port is intact. These inspections are to ensure that the thermal insulation performance of the liquid nitrogen tank is good.

2. Liquid nitrogen tanks rely on liquid nitrogen to ensure deep and low-temperature storage, so the tanks can only be filled with liquid nitrogen. Mixing other flammable substances can easily cause interaction and cause an explosion.

3. The liquid nitrogen tank container should be placed in a cool, dry place to ensure good indoor ventilation.

4. The temperature of liquid nitrogen is -196°C. Self-protection measures should be taken when extracting and storing the freezing rack, such as wearing leather or cotton gloves. Be cautious when operating with bare hands. At the same time, it is necessary to prevent liquid nitrogen from splashing, which may cause frostbite when it touches the skin and other parts.

5. When filling liquid nitrogen for the first time, because the vacuum liner is at normal temperature, it is not advisable to fill it too fast. A small amount should be injected first to gradually reduce the temperature of the liner. Injecting a large amount of liquid nitrogen can easily cause the liquid nitrogen to boil. At this time, slow down. Wait for the liquid nitrogen to cool down slightly before injecting liquid nitrogen faster. Otherwise, the liquid nitrogen will boil and splash outward, causing frostbite.

6. Liquid nitrogen should not be overfilled, and the liquid level should not be in contact with the fiberglass neck tube.

7. Liquid level height check: Insert a wooden ruler vertically into the center bottom of the liquid nitrogen tank and take it out after about 15 seconds. The frost length is the liquid level height. Never use a hollow tube for inspection to prevent liquid nitrogen from erupting from the tube and injuring people.

8. Make sure that the liquid nitrogen submerges the refrigerated items. When the liquid nitrogen is consumed to the point where the refrigerated items are about to be exposed to the liquid surface, liquid nitrogen should be replenished in time.
