Precautions : The liquid nitrogen tank is prepared to have a 1/2 tank of diluted bleach of 0.4 to 0.8 g/l of active chlorine prior to use. Add diluted bleach for at least 1 hour, but not more than 2 hours. Rotate all the time, then aspirate all the bleach, rinse with at least 1/2 can of water, and rinse twice with 1/4 can of water.
